Badbyes

We recently had to say goodbye (or "badbye" as Rory Gilmore so wisely renamed goodbyes) to my very dear friend Sara. Her family has relocated to Houston and it is so bittersweet. They have purchased a gorgeous home and will be close to their families so I am happy for them, but sad because we will not see her or her pretty baby girl near enough. 

Over the last 5 years our friendship grew and we walked through a lot of good and hard times together. I still laugh because the first work dinner where I met Sara in 2010, she talked nonstop and while I thought she was very nice, I was certain she would just drive me crazy. Haha. 

Turns out she does occasionally drive me crazy, but she is entertaining and one of the most loving people you will ever meet! I am so glad God crossed our paths and we've started our families by each other's sides. It's been fun and I am looking forward to the next chapter of our friendship!
